ReplyDeleteI am now a Roman Catholic, came in through the back door of the Jesuits, and they promote a process called Examen -- like examine my day; look over and find where God was present, where I responded with gratitude, where I ignored it, check my feelings and see what I was doing and thinking that caused the best and the worst feelings of the day.
